Production Coordinator (Part-Time) – Sports Tech
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Sports Tech studio. This part-time role is responsible for workplace operations, logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, event support, and employee experience initiatives that contribute to a positive, efficient, and welcoming studio environment.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and full-time Production Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth execution of recurring operational activities while supporting employees, visitors, and studio initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience:
Support a positive workplace experience through the management of the studio snack and beverage program, including ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory tracking, and budget support.
Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and team activities.
Manage office supplies and workplace consumables inventory.
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and well-stocked studio environment.
Support workspace readiness, including desk moves, workstation setup for new hires, office organization, and general workspace maintenance.
Respond to day-to-day operational requests from employees.
Logistics & Inventory:
Coordinate shipping and receiving for onsite and remote employees.
Support swag management, including inventory verification, organization, packaging, shipping, and distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory of operational supplies, swag, equipment, and workplace materials.
Coordinate vendor deliveries and organize incoming shipments.
Assist with procurement logistics, purchasing support, and fulfillment activities.
Maintain organized storage areas and identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and workplace organization.
Events & Employee Experience:
Support the setup and teardown of onsite and offsite meetings, events, and team activities.
Prepare event materials, including signage, name badges, supplies, and event kits.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace events.
Coordinate meeting room setup and logistics.
Provide onsite operational support for studio initiatives and special projects.
General Operations:
Provide day-to-day operational support across the studio, responding to changing priorities and assisting the Operations team with time-sensitive logistical needs.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Production Coordinator to ensure operational priorities are completed efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, organization, and workplace efficiency.
Support additional operational and administrative projects as required.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, event coordination, or a related operational support role.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting workplace operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, procurement, or event coordination is considered an asset.
Experience working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Working Conditions
Part-time position based primarily onsite in the Vancouver studio.
Regular movement throughout the office, including receiving deliveries, transporting inventory, and organizing workplace supplies.
Ability to safely lift and move boxes and supplies weighing up to approximately 25 lbs (11 kg).
Occasional flexibility in schedule to support onsite events or operational priorities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
