Job Description Summary:

At The Coca‑Cola Company, we operate at the intersection of data, innovation, and strategy to advance growth and create value for consumers, customers, and communities. The Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics is a pivotal role within our North America Operating Unit, designed for a leader who can transform complex, multi-source data into actionable recommendations that shape enterprise decisions and unlock new business opportunities.

This position demands strategic thinking coupled with advanced analytical expertise. You will independently lead high-impact analytical workstreams focused on assessing marketplace dynamics, understanding consumer behavior, and guiding commercial priorities. Acting as a thought partner to senior leadership, you will transform ambiguous business questions into structured solutions and build compelling narratives that translate insights into action. If you have a passion for analytics, innovation, and influencing business direction through data-driven storytelling, this role provides the opportunity to create meaningful business impact while shaping the future of Coca‑Cola in North America.

What You’ll Do for Us

Strategic Thinking & Business Impact:

  • Apply structured problem-solving and strategic analysis to frame key business questions, connect insights across functions, and generate actionable recommendations.

  • Monitor macro trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to anticipate risk and inform business strategies.

  • Utilize scenario planning and predictive frameworks to evaluate alternatives and guide leadership decisions.

Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation:

  • Own analytical workstreams that integrate diverse internal datasets and third-party sources—consumer panels, syndicated data, transactional records—to produce performance insights and growth strategies.

  • Apply advanced methods, including AI-enabled analytics and forecasting tools, to accelerate data processing and improve predictive accuracy.

  • Evaluate emerging datasets, methodologies, and external solutions to ensure quality and scalability of insights.

  • Translate findings into practical recommendations supported by measurable KPIs and quantifiable outcomes.

Executive Storytelling & Influence:

  • Develop clear, compelling executive presentations and data visualizations that articulate insights with strategic relevance.

  • Influence senior stakeholders through insight-driven recommendations, aligning priorities and enabling informed decision-making.

  • Build collaborative partnerships with Marketing, Category, Finance, RGM, and Commercial teams to ensure integration of insights across business processes.

Project/Stakeholder Leadership:

  • Manage complex projects from definition through delivery, driving timelines, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization across competing initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment between analytical outputs and enterprise objectives while maintaining a proactive approach in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, decision sciences, consumer insights, business intelligence, or consulting in consumer-packaged goods, retail, beverage, or related sectors.

  • Expertise in managing large-scale, highly granular datasets; proficiency with syndicated sources (IRI, Nielsen), customer analytics, and consumer research tools.

  • Proven ability to assess data quality, understand sampling methodologies, and integrate multiple data streams into cohesive narratives.

  • Familiarity with generative AI applications and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) for automation and analytical acceleration.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytical platforms and visualization tools; strong SQL/Excel skills for data management and interpretation.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate insights through executive-ready deliverables, compelling storytelling, and fact-based recommendations.

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability with demonstrated capacity to manage ambiguity and competing priorities with urgency and discipline.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide opportunities to lead enterprise-impacting projects that shape Coca‑Cola’s growth strategy and commercial priorities.

  • Equip you with advanced analytics platforms and emerging AI technologies to accelerate insight generation and decision quality.

  • Offer exposure to senior leadership and integrated business teams, positioning you as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.

  • Support continuous development with a culture of learning, innovation, and opportunity for advancement in an evolving business landscape.
