Senior Analyst- Plan Administration (B2)

The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The role will focus on –
- Processing of tasks for US Wealth clients
- Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
- Process Improvement
- Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
- Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
- Effective utilization of available time
- Adherence to calendar for client calls
- Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
- Applicants should be flexible working in nights
What you need to have:
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good Knowledge of DB Domain preferred
- Ability to multi-task, self-starter
- Good Interpretation and decision-making skills
- Good command of MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and research skills, attention to details
- Learn the process effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for processing all tasks within the defined timelines
- Delivering quality output
- Sharing work status updates with PDs/PCs on assigned tasks
- Ensure adherence to communication calendar
- Adhere to process documentations (e.g. SOPs, Processing Guide and Exception Matrix)
