Responsibilities
Role Purpose
Support the AME team by owning contract and renewal workflows end-to-end—drafting and coordinating business contracts, tracking renewal and document status, preparing legal correspondence, and providing basic legal guidance to ensure timely, compliant renewals and seamless customer retention.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare first-draft business contracts, amendments, and renewal documents; coordinate internal reviews and incorporate stakeholder inputs.

Renewal Management: Build and maintain a renewal calendar; track contract, document, and approval status; proactively flag risks and drive on-time closure.

Customer Collaboration: Liaise with customers on renewal requirements, document requests, and execution steps; ensure clear, timely communication.

Legal Support: Prepare legal letters and standard notices; provide basic legal guidance to AME.

Data & Reporting: Consolidate renewal data (pipeline, cycle times, blockers) and publish regular dashboards/updates to AME leadership.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements to templates, checklists, and SOPs to speed up renewals and reduce errors.

General: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (LL.B. or paralegal experience preferred).

0–3 years in contract administration, legal coordination, or AM/CS operations (logistics or B2B services a plus). Welcome for fresh graduate

Strong drafting, attention to detail, and document control discipline.

Proficient with MS Office (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)

Clear communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and with customers.

Good Thai & English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
