As a Tech Integrations Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that enable Amazon to move products quickly and cost-effectively from overseas suppliers into our fulfillment network. Key job responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement EDI/API/XML integrations that connect Amazon's logistics systems with external partners and carriers.
Automate partner integration workflows using AWS services and AI/ML tools to reduce integration lead time and build scalable systems.
Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Maintain and optimize mission-critical systems that form the backbone of Amazon's global logistics operations.
Collaborate with development teams to architect scalable business software solutions that meet current and future needs
Provide technical escalation management and troubleshooting for integration issues affecting operational processes

A day in the life
You will work at the intersection of technology and operations, partnering with software development teams, logistics operations managers, and external carrier partners.
