We are looking for a Finance graduate, immediate joiner, full-time position at Chennai, India.

Job Purpose:

To provide dedicated administrative, compliance, and operational support for ITS India Finance. The role will focus on travel and expense administration, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, including SEZ, GST, and TDS regulations, local reporting and maintaining process documentation.

Your tasks:

Travel & Expense Administration

  • Manage employee travel and expense claim processes.
  • Review expense submissions for completeness and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with employees and finance teams to resolve expense-related queries.
  • Support periodic reporting and reconciliation of travel and expense costs.

Audit & Governance Support

  • Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain audit documentation and ensure timely availability of supporting records.
  • Track audit observations and support closure of action items.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

  • Support compliance activities related to SEZ regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate GST-related documentation, reconciliations, and filing support.
  • Assist with TDS compliance, documentation, and liaison with external consultants where required.
  • Maintain statutory records and support responses to regulatory audits or inspections.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of required reports.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to administration, compliance, and audit activities.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Facilities, admin, and external service providers.
  • Support on SLA creation and documentation.
  • Ensure Process documentation are updated at regular intervals.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Education Level

  1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting.

Experience Level

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience

Technical Skills

  • Finance Tools
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

  • Written Communication: Excellent written English with proper grammar and professional tone
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and ensure control

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with international customers is a plus
