Position Summary
The Sr Mgr, Learning for Center Operations and Compliance, is accountable for ensuring teams in our centers are trained to operate consistently, safely, and compliantly. This role is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies that align with operational excellence, compliance standards, and organizational priorities. Additionally, the Sr Mgr will drive change management efforts, ensuring the effective rollout of new workflows and processes. This highly visible role requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful training programs and support sustainable adoption of changes.
Responsibilities
Strategic planning and development:
Develop and execute a strategy and roadmap for learning programs focused on center operations, safety, and compliance
Partner with compliance, operations, and program owners to identify training needs (via PMO implementation planning, Clinical Ops team, field leadership) design scalable solutions, and drive consistent implementation across centers
Provide expert consultation and guidance on learning design, development, and impact assessment to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between learning strategies and organizational objectives
Build strong relationships with senior leaders to prioritize learning initiatives and resolve barriers to execution
Program design and implementation:
Oversee the creation of standardized curricula, tools, and resources that promote operational consistency and compliance
Manage learning programs that support change initiatives, including workflow enhancements, policy updates, and regulatory compliance
Advise stakeholders on effective implementation strategies for change initiatives
Collaborate closely with Learning Design and Delivery teams, program owners, and operational leaders, to ensure programs are effective, engaging, and measurable
Support the development of SOPs, job aids, and toolkits to reinforce learning and provide ongoing support
Performance measurement and continuous improvement:
Establish clear success metrics and use data to assess impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with field leaders and preceptors to enable consistent program delivery and facilitate change adoption

This role reports to the AVP, Learning and offers opportunities for career growth and expanded responsibilities over time
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in learning or healthcare operations required
Proven ability to design and scale learning programs for operational and compliance needs
Expertise in change management methodologies and experience driving adoption of new processes
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring program effectiveness and compliance performance
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
This position may require very occasional travel (estimated at less than 5% of the time)

Experience in Oak Street Health field operations strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
