In-Charge of Overall Kitchen Operations and involve in cooking as well.
Our Kitchen is located at migrant workers dormitory.
Must fully experience in preparing South Indian authentic cuisine including prepare sweets and savoury.
Cooking Bangladesh cuisine would be an advantage
Able to understand migrant workers requirement as they are our main customers.
Creative to blend and rotate menu to be more attractive and attract more customers
Control Stock Inventory and perform cost saving measurements
Able to identity or implement budget saving cooking
Mandatory to follow Food Safety and Hygiene procedures and implement it on daily basis
Ensure that food produced is high quality and the standard need to be follow consistently.
Able to guide co-workers with good working attitude.
Involve in train new chef or cook
Able to performed other duties if necessary.
