Job Description
1. Oversee the overall operations and business management of Good Mood Health Singapore, implement the company's strategic initiatives, develop the local mental health and wellness business, and achieve the company's annual business objectives and KPIs.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, and business partners while overseeing regulatory compliance, business license management, and brand development initiatives.
3. Establish the local organisational structure and build an effective senior management team, while overseeing company operations, marketing, human resources, and administrative functions.
4. Provide regular reports to the Group's headquarters and Board of Directors on business performance, operational results, and strategic recommendations.
5. Oversee corporate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks, ensuring compliance with Singapore company law and applicable healthcare industry regulations.
6. Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships, explore investment opportunities, and expand the company's network within Singapore's healthcare and mental health sectors.
Job Requirement
1、Bachelor’sdegree or above, with preference given to majors in Business Management, Healthcare Management and Business Administration; Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese headquarters, shareholders, business partners, and cross-border stakeholders.
2、Minimum15 years of senior‑management working experience; prior senior‑level operational experience in healthcare, medical services or service industry is preferred.
3、Familiarwith Singapore Companies Act, local business policies, compliance requirements for foreign‑invested enterprises, and corporate administrative procedures.
4、Experience managing regional or multinational subsidiaries in Singapore, including collaboration with overseas headquarters and shareholders.
5、Excellentcapabilities in business negotiation, team management and risk control; Demonstrated commitment to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ethical business practices, and professional integrity.
