Responsibilities
- Analyze tender and construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to accurately determine project requirements
- Coordinate daily planning and execution of project activities on site to ensure timely progress
- Monitor project progress and schedule to identify and address potential delays or issues
- Liaise with relevant authorities to prepare and submit all necessary permits and licenses for project compliance
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation
- Manage project deliverables while enforcing adherence to safety objectives and regulations
- Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project status and report findings effectively
- Prepare and submit monthly project status reports to track progress and inform stakeholders
- Develop and submit method statements detailing procedures for work execution
- Provide detailed updates on schedules, manpower, plant, machinery, and equipment status to the Project Manager
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in structural, civil, quantity surveying, or building services engineering, or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience in metal roofing, structural work, or construction industry
- Knowledge of local government safety requirements, rules, and regulations

- Leadership skills demonstrated through managing project teams and coordinating stakeholders
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse project participants and report progress
