- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office and enterprise applications.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment, printers, projectors and meeting-room systems.
- Manage user accounts and access for Active Directory, email, VPN and IP telephony.
- MaintainIT hardware, software license and fixed-asset records.
- Support onboarding and coordinate technical issues with external vendors.
- Monitor server rooms, network equipment, CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure.
- Assist with cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability remediation and incident investigations.
- Conduct regular workplace and facilities inspections.
- Record defects and coordinate corrective action with the appointed property management team and service providers.
- Track facilities issues and maintenance work through to timely completion.
- Maintain facilities inspection records and issue trackers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or arelated discipline.
- Relevantexperience in IT support, system administration or infrastructure operations.
- Goodknowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,Group Policy, VPN, IP telephony and network fundamentals.
- Strongtroubleshooting, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ableto communicate effectively with employees, regional teams, property managementpersonnel and external vendors.
- Service-oriented,adaptable and committed to workplace safety and compliance.
- Experience coordinating facilities maintenance, property inspections or service providers would be an added advantage.
