Responsibilities:
- Execute commodity trading contracts efficiently.
- Prepare and submit import Letter of Credit (LC) applications, coordinating with banks to ensure timely issuance.
- Prepare export documents including invoices, COA, COW, and COO.
- Monitor vessel status and manage payment schedules to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure all documentation meets ELC requirements, maintain accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of trade documentation and transactions.
- Able to effectively communicate between internal teams and external partners.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in trade operations, international logistics, or a related field.
- Familiar with commodity trading operations will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling trade documentation.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Team player, good attitude and positive thinking.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking associates/customers.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
