What started as a passion project has grown into one of Central India’s leading specialty coffee brands, with multiple cafés, an in-house roastery, and a team committed to raising the bar for hospitality and coffee experiences every single day.

We’re looking for a Senior Coffee Brewer who shares this passion and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, curiosity, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Craft exceptional espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and precision.

• Lead the coffee bar during shifts, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.

• Train and mentor junior brewers, helping them develop both technical skills and confidence.

• Uphold Corridor Seven’s standards for beverage quality, cleanliness, workflow, and customer service.

• Monitor inventory, minimise wastage, and maintain coffee equipment to the highest standards.

• Share your coffee knowledge with guests and create memorable café experiences.

• Support the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and building a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in specialty coffee or premium café operations.

• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and manual brewing methods.

• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

• A keen eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
