Operations Lead
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~12 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH Friday)
Pay: $54-59.15/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Operations Lead to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays.
Operations Lead Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience in a related role)
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operations environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project and change management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Bonus points for certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
- Experience working in a global organization, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects across multiple regions is a plus
- Experience working in a technology or software development environment, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects that support product development and deliver is a plus
- Develop, manage and oversee business operational processes that support executives and overall organization
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with our org's executive stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Global Technology's central teams to include HR, TA, Finance and the Technology Management Office
- Provide guidance and support to the Business Operations team, ensuring that projects and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption
