We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant support systems. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background with working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, sensors, heaters, and preventive maintenance. Experience with plastic injection molding equipment is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong maintenance experience in other manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Diagnose production equipment failures and return equipment to service safely and efficiently. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot motors, pumps, valves, cylinders, sensors, switches, heaters, thermocouples, and related components. Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including 120V, 240V, and 480V three-phase equipment. Perform basic troubleshooting of VFDs, motor controls, relays, contactors, and PLC-controlled equipment. Read and understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals. Maintain and repair plant support equipment such as chillers, cooling systems, air compressors, pumps, and material-handling equipment. Assist with installation and startup of new or relocated manufacturing equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and work with production personnel to minimize downtime. Document completed repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow plant safety procedures, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability. Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems. Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, valves, and cylinders. Ability to use multimeters and other electrical/mechanical diagnostic tools. Basic PLC troubleshooting ability is preferred. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics. Must be comfortable working independently and responding to production equipment breakdowns. Must have your own basic hand tools.
