Job Title: Senior I&IT Business Analyst Power BI Power Automate Location: Toronto, ON Onsite 3 Days/Week (Non-Negotiable) Duration: 6+ Months Possible Extension Rate: Market/Hour CAD + HST Job Requirements: • 5+ years of Power BI experience • 3+ years of Power Automate experience • 7+ years in I&IT business analysis, resource utilization, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management • Experience identifying IT operational costs and savings opportunities • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Asana, or enterprise portfolio management tools • Strong requirements gathering, business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data analysis • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills • Experience with business cases, cost-benefit analysis, process mapping, and change management • Ability to translate business/data requirements into technical specifications • Must be available to work onsite in Toronto at least 3 days/week
