PROGRAM LEAD & CLIENT SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST Part-Time / Casual On-Site & Community-Based GTA Starting September 2026 Competitive Pay Based on Experience ABOUT LUMARIS Lumaris provides person-centred community programs, family support and professional staffing solutions, connecting individuals, families and organizations with practical support. THE ROLE The Program Lead & Client Solutions Specialist will lead on-site programs while supporting clients, families, community relationships and service development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and design seasonal programs, activities and outings based on client needs, interests and abilities. • Lead daily programs, guide support staff and ensure safe, quality service delivery. • Support life skills, social development, community participation and recreation. • Communicate with clients, families and caregivers; support intake, onboarding and follow-up. • Complete basic documentation and reporting. • Build community relationships and identify client, service and partnership opportunities. • Communicate program needs and opportunities to management. QUALIFICATIONS • Education or experience in Human Services, Healthcare, Developmental Services, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Education, Recreation or a related field. • STRONGLY PREFERRED: experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, behavioural or other support needs. • Program, community support or client-service experience is an asset. • Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills. • Reliable and professional, with transportation/access to GTA locations.
