We’re looking for our next HCM Sales Executive to help us bring that story to market. The Sales Executive’s primary mission is new business development: relentlessly prospecting, identifying, and engaging net-new customers through outbound calls, strategic visits, and targeted outreach. Sales Executives are hunters at the forefront of winning new logos, showcasing CoAd’s innovative products through compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. Unlike many competitors, CoAd does not segment territories by employee count — Sales Executives can pursue opportunities of any size, giving them expansive territories and the freedom to build and grow their own market.&nbsp;At CoAd, we are seeking those excited to build, create, and innovate. We are problem-solvers who move quickly, collaborate with agility and differentiate through people, purpose and commitment!&nbsp;Responsibilities:Sell technical services, products, and systems to meet and exceed new-business sales targets, with new-logo acquisition as the primary measure of successThese targets are driven by new logos generated through cold calling and COI relationshipsIdentify and engage potential new customers through strategic visits and callsCreate and conduct technical presentations and demos to showcase current and future productsUtilize technical expertise to understand and gather customer requirements, prepare specifications, and generate quotesAddress technical objections and concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cyclePartner with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancementsOwn an expansive, unsegmented sales territory — with no restrictions on prospect company size — and take full initiative to build and grow your own market through outbound calling, referrals, and personal and professional networksRepresent CoAd at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build a pipeline of new business opportunitiesMeet or exceed quarterly and annual new-business sales quotas for your assigned territoryConsistently build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new prospects to ensure predictable, sustained new-logo growth&nbsp;Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)1-3 years of relevant experience selling in the HCM industry or in technical salesAbility to prospect for new logos utilizing CRM software like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.com, as well as presentation toolsAbility to strategically build new COI relationships from the ground up, leveraging them as a consistent source of net-new referral business and warm introductionsSkilled in cold calling techniques to initiate contact with potential clientsProven ability to identify and acquire new customers through targeted strategiesSkilled in both inside and outside sales, closing deals remotely and in personSkill in delivering dynamic product demos that showcase key features and benefitsProficient in strategic prospecting methods to identify and qualify potential leadsAbility to prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and market conditionsSelf-starter with a persistent, resilient mindset who can sustain high daily outbound activity and cold call without fear of rejectionProven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales quotas in a competitive, quota-driven environment&nbsp;CoAd SummaryCoAd helps businesses navigate the complexities of workforce management through a combination of technology, expertise, and human support.
