• Are trained Chefs or have equivalent relevant experience.
• Have experience from professional kitchens with high gastronomic standards.
• Work in a structured way and remain calm and focused during service.
• Have strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for gastronomy.
• Enjoy teamwork and contribute positively to the kitchen environment.
• Are curious and motivated to develop both professionally and personally.
• Have an interest in sustainability, organic ingredients, seasonal produce and local producers.
• For Sous Chef positions, you should also have experience with leadership, planning, ordering, food safety and the daily operation of a professional kitchen.

A modern Nordic restaurant with more than 15 years of history. The restaurant focuses on organic and seasonal ingredients, local producers, vegetables and fish from Nordic waters.LOCA also operates Kilden i Haven in Tivoli and several canteens.What we offer
