Painter/ Yard hand (Outside Work) Pay: $18.00-$24.00/hour Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as a Painter / Yard Technician. This position plays a key role in our fabrication and finishing operations, with responsibilities that include painting fabricated steel products and assisting with material handling throughout the yard and shop. Responsibilities Paint fabricated steel products according to company quality standards Move steel materials to and from paint booths Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist with general yard and shop operations as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Ability to consistently lift and move 50+ pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year Strong work ethic and attention to detail Experience operating a forklift, telehandler, or overhead crane is preferred but not required Benefits (Available After 90 Days) Health insurance Profit-sharing program Company-provided uniforms Schedule Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities on Fridays as business needs require If you are looking for a stable career with a growing company and opportunities for advancement, we encourage you to apply.
