CPR Kansas City is an American Heart Association approved training site dedicated to delivering high-quality, hands-on healthcare education in a supportive, stress-free learning environment. We specialize in BLS, ACLS, and PALS training for healthcare professionals and the community.
We're looking for qualified medical professionals to join our team as AHA Instructors.
Position Overview
As an AHA Instructor, you'll teach lifesaving courses in:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive monthly pay, and the chance to make a real impact by training the next generation of lifesavers.
Required Qualifications
Medical license (one of the following):
Paramedic
Registered Nurse (RN)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
CRNA
APRN (with ICU, ER, or Telemetry experience)
Certifications:
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification (required)
PALS certification preferred (training provided if not currently certified)
Instructor Certification:
AHA Instructor certification preferred; instructor training and certification will be provided for qualified candidates during orientation if not already held
Schedules can be coordinated around full-time paramedic, nursing, or other healthcare work.
Pay & Benefits
Monthly compensation of $1,500 $3,500
