What You’ll Do As Nurse Manager, you will: Lead from the front mentor and develop your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands-on clinical leader Shape the culture foster an environment grounded in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence Drive operations oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship Champion quality & compliance ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives Develop your team coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility Collaborate across disciplines partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient-centered care Qualifications: Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program ASN required BSN preferred 5years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation 2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role Active Maryland RN license BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care Job Benefits: Competitive compensation + comprehensive health and retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement (BSN, MSN, certifications) Leadership development and ongoing clinical education Wellness programs and free on-site parking
