The Role You will be a key presence in Statham’s, setting the standard for service, supporting the smooth running of stock and team, and acting as a trusted point of reference for both guests and colleagues. You'll bring an element of ownership and seniority to the floor, keeping things running smoothly, spotting opportunities for improvement, and helping the team deliver at their best.
