Pay Range: $40-45/hour
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
- Execution of As-Built Program
- Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, Engineering Service Providers (ESPs), CAD Administrators, Operations, Inspectors, and Contractors for delivering as-built drawings & tagging.
- Lead project intake meetings to define project scope, review IFC drawings and determine As-built requirements
- Confirm receipt of required project deliverables and resolve documentation gaps.
- Review and reconcile documentation to ensure alignment of equipment tagging across as-built drawings, asset management system & physical tagging
- Coordinate and assign drafting, tagging, and documentation activities to internal and external resources.
- Review engineering drawings & asset tag list against standards & provide feedback
- Track project status, report progress, and drive resolution of issues that may impact schedule or quality.
- Review project documentation including PEPs, drawing deliverable checklists, IFC packages, redlines, and equipment lists.
- And other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years experience OR technical associates degree (Engineering Technology, Construction Management, etc.) with 5+ year experience
- Working knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical drawings, and drafting processes.
- Working knowledge of asset management systems
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel Requirements: 10% travel possible.
- Experience with Meridian or other engineering document management systems.
- Experience with CAD workflows and drawing revision processes.
- Familiarity with equipment tagging and asset management systems.
- Knowledge of project execution and construction closeout processes within the midstream industry.
- Experience working with Engineering Service Providers and project contractors.
