Pay Rate: $85.00-$87.01

Responsibilities:

10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience supporting enterprise-scale security and identity initiatives.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and Conditional Access.
Experience assessing application authentication methods, federation patterns, provisioning integrations, and user lifecycle management processes.
Ability to inventory applications, analyze dependencies, document current-state environments, and support migration planning activities.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop architecture documents, requirements matrices, process flows, decision logs, and deliverables.
Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, including Terraform, source control, and deployment pipelines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Okta-to-Entra ID migration programs.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
Proven experience as a Cyber Consultant, Cybersecurity Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable.
