Pay Rate: $85.00-$87.01
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience supporting enterprise-scale security and identity initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Experience assessing application authentication methods, federation patterns, provisioning integrations, and user lifecycle management processes.
- Ability to inventory applications, analyze dependencies, document current-state environments, and support migration planning activities.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop architecture documents, requirements matrices, process flows, decision logs, and deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, including Terraform, source control, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Okta-to-Entra ID migration programs.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cyber Consultant, Cybersecurity Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable.
