Manager - Facilities Management | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Facilities Management is responsible for preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities for assigned store(s), ensuring all assets remain fully operational, properly maintained, and compliant with company standards and local regulations.

ROLE PROFILE

Prepare, schedule, and report maintenance activities in coordination with store stakeholders.
Develop team schedules to ensure timely execution of operational requirements.
Plan periodic inspections of store assets in line with maintenance plans and service agreements.
Prepare maintenance operating expenses and critical maintenance requirements with Finance.
Develop and implement annual preventive maintenance plans.
Drive energy-saving and efficiency initiatives across the store.
Manage vendors and contractors to ensure maintenance work is completed according to agreed standards and timelines.
Oversee maintenance consumables and spare parts inventory to ensure availability.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance.
Experience managing facility operations within retail, commercial, or large-scale facilities environments.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and operating expenses.
Willingness to be on-call for emergency response when required.
