Hiring Status: Priority Role Role Overview DU*LUXE Wellness & Sculpting Lounge is seeking a compassionate, polished New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with an interest in post-operative recovery, lymphatic techniques, wellness, and body-focused care. The LMT will play a central role in delivering safe, individualized services while maintaining the elevated standards of care, professionalism, and hospitality associated with the DU*LUXE brand. Responsibilities • Perform massage services within New York State scope of practice and • DU*LUXE protocols. • Provide appropriate recovery-focused and lymphatic massage services based on training, competency, client needs, and applicable protocols. • Complete client intake and appropriately identify concerns or contraindications requiring modification, escalation, or referral. • Maintain accurate, confidential client service documentation. • Educate clients regarding appropriate aftercare and follow-up within scope. • Maintain exceptional sanitation, safety, and treatment-room standards. • Collaborate with the DU*LUXE team to provide a seamless, coordinated client experience. • Consistently demonstrate professionalism, discretion, warmth, and luxury-level hospitality. Qualifications • Active New York State Massage Therapy license in good standing - required. • New graduates and experienced LMTs are encouraged to apply. • Experience or advanced education in lymphatic techniques, post-operative massage, recovery-focused care, or related modalities is strongly preferred but not required for an otherwise exceptional candidate. • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills. Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuing education. • Dependable with schedule flexibility, including some weekend availability. • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
