- High volume recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for blue collar operations, warehouse, field service, or skilled trade positions
- Comfortable with some local travel to career fairs
- Automotive Industry experience
- Experience with hiring technicians
- Paylocity ATS

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing organization with a strong blue-collar workforce. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, field services, distribution, and skilled trades.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Track recruiting activity and provide hiring updates
