Metaphysical boutique seeking an outgoing and responsible candidate with retail experience and a strong interest in all things metaphysical - stones, crystals, sage, tarot cards, essential oils, singing bowls, sage and smudging products. Must be able to converse with customers about these unique products along with many other gift items. This position offers the opportunity to grow and expand into a greater role of responsibility. Job duties include: • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products. • Provide detailed product information to enhance customer satisfaction. • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions while maintaining excellent customer service. • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-maintained with organized signage and attractive merchandising. • Support inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts. • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about products and upcoming instore events. Experience • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. A lack of retail experience may be offset by a high level of product knowledge. • Knowledge of our unique line of products is preferred. • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math. • Organizational skills help manage stock levels and maintain an inviting store environment.
