As a Learning Management Partner, you will create engaging digital learning content, support the administration of learning platforms, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the global learning experience. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
About the role
- Around 2–3 years of experience in digital learning, Learning & Development, instructional design, content creation or a related area.
- Hands-on experience creating digital learning content using eLearning authoring or creative tools.
- Experience testing and publishing SCORM-compliant content in an LMS or LXP.
- Comfortable learning and working with digital platforms and new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Good communication and presentation skills, including in a virtual environment.
- Ability to understand business needs and turn them into clear, engaging learning content.
- Experience with Articulate is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva, DaVinci Studio or CapCut is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Workday Learning or another LMS/LXP is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning frameworks such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick is welcome, but not essential.
- Fluent English, as you’ll work with a global audience.
No degree required. We’re much more interested in what you can create, how you approach learning and technology, and your willingness to keep developing your skills.
