About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and physically fit Operation Support Officer to support the daily operations of an MOE Secondary School near Simei MRT. You will work closely with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Operations Manager, Administration Manager, and school staff to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operational needs of the school.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, equipment, and workspaces.
Open and secure classrooms, offices, gates, windows, and other school facilities.
Provide logistical support for school events, examinations, and activities, including setting up and moving furniture and equipment.
Assist in transporting and arranging supplies, stock, and materials.
Provide relief coverage for other Operation Support Officers when required.
Carry out any other duties assigned by authorised school personnel.

Job Requirements:

PSLE or equivalent qualification.
Able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
Medically fit and comfortable performing physical duties.
Experience in school operations, cleaning, facilities support, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
Fridays: 6.00am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

(Staff may be required to work on other shifts, when needed to support school’s operations)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, unless required to support school events on adhoc basis
