The Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day service
operations, improving performance through data-driven insights, and ensuring efficient
coordination of technical teams. The role combines operational support, systems
management, reporting, and workflow optimisation to enhance service delivery
Main duties and responsibilities
▪ Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational
efficiency and service performance
▪ Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for
continuous improvement
▪ Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support
decision-making
▪ Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and
ensuring smooth operations
▪ Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support
the implementation of operational systems and digital tools
▪ Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure
consistency and compliance
▪ Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency,
and response times
▪ Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and
streamline operations
▪ Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the
service function
Qualifications and experience
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
▪ Good understanding of operational workflows and service environments
▪ Strong organisational and coordination abilities
▪ Effective communication with both technical teams and stakeholders
▪ Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination
