Provide overall strategic leadership and direction of the Islamic Sales and Distribution channels for First Abu Dhabi Bank for FAB Islamic. Develop and drive the overall strategy for Islamic Sales and Distribution in line with the Personal Banking strategy, ensuring delivery of the overall plan. Transforming the overall customer experience and revenue growth of the distribution channels. Scale people leadership of the customer channels which serve all customers within FAB Islamic which Include: Branches, Contact Centers, Business Development Unit, Mortgages, Direct Sales, Employee Banking, Staff Banking, Retention. Working with Product and Marketing to deliver overall Income Targets. Contribute towards the overall success of the FAB Islamic.
