Requirements:

· Bachelor’sDegree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management orequivalent.

· Minimum2 years of experience in the construction industry in Singapore.

· Must have experience with landed houses / aluminium and glazing projects.

· Strong procurement skills with the ability to source materials at competitive and cost-effective prices.

· Able to work independently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate tenders, prepare tender documents, and quotations for projects.

· Procure and coordinate the purchase of materials required for projects, ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.

· Prepare project budgets, cost reports and financial projections, and monitor project costs and cash flow.

· Prepare and submit monthly progress claims for construction progress, VOs and final accounts, ensuring timely and complete submission for payment.

· Administer contracts and assess contract variations, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, liquidated damages and other contractual matters.

· Compile, check, certify and confirm contractors’ invoices to ensure accuracy with the Purchase Order/ Works Order.

· Review project specifications and provide cost and contractual recommendations.

· Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments.

· Obtain insurances required for project

· Manage and maintain correspondence between all consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and related parties.

· And any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
