Job Title: Senior Applications Architect IBM Maximo Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid (3 days onsite) Duration: 12+ Months + Extension Rate: Market/Hour CAD + HST Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Applications Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong IBM Maximo expertise to lead enterprise application architecture, cloud transformation, integrations, and Maximo modernization initiatives. Key Requirements: • 10+ years in software development, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture with IT leadership experience. • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.6/7.6.1.2 and MAS 9.1. • Expertise in Work Order, Asset Management, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Configuration, Automation Scripting, Reporting, and Integrations. • Experience with Maximo upgrades, development, configuration, performance, security, and optimization. • Strong experience with enterprise cloud transformation, IaC, public/private cloud, and software-defined infrastructure. • Experience in integrating asset management applications with ERP and enterprise systems. • Strong understanding of application architecture, middleware, databases, APIs, operating systems, and cross-platform environments. • Experience developing enterprise architecture models, technical designs, documentation, and governance deliverables. • Utility industry and government/enterprise architecture experience preferred. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent education/experience.
