1. Work under the direct supervision of the VP/President and report to the VP/President on a daily basis. 2. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting reports. 3. Participate in preparing financial statement summarizing business operation, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis. 4. Reconcile processed financial reports and general ledger accounts (including A/R and bank accounts), by verifying entries and balances. 5. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts by verifying account aging reports, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of monthly revenue records. 6. Perform inventory reconciliation and track product movements to ensure accuracy of financial records. 7. Prepare tax supporting documents to external CPA for annual income tax and 1099 filings to ensure corporate compliance.
