6+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or similar.
Strong experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance data.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets.
Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.
Good understanding of data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Power BI/Tableau, Python, dbt, Informatica or similar tools is desirable.

Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy data standards such as NDC, RxNorm, ATC, ICD, HL7 or FHIR is an advantage.
