The Essentials We’re Seeking

5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
Strong, hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET / .NET.
Solid experience working with SQL Server and relational databases.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating 3rd party services.
Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or GitLab.
Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment strategies.
Practical experience integrating AI technologies, including AI agents or AI services, into development workflows or applications.
Experience working with production systems and understanding of scalability, reliability and security.
Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+ level).
Senior-level autonomy, ownership and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
Background working in regulated, compliance-heavy or high-availability environments.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies.
Previous experience taking ownership of applications from development through to production.
