Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner NICU/PICU to deliver comprehensive, high-quality respiratory care across critical and acute clinical settings. What You’ll Do • Advanced Patient Care: Conduct airway maintenance, ventilator management, diagnostic testing (ABGs, PFTs), and emergency resuscitations (ACLS/PALS/NRP protocols). • Clinical Leadership: Serve as a shift Charge Therapist overseeing unit coverage, assigning patient care areas, and mentoring new team members and students. • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work directly with physicians during complex bedside procedures, including bronchoscopies, intubations, and line placements. Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years as a Respiratory Care Professional. • Licensure: Active State Respiratory Care License & NBRC credentialing required (RRT preferred). • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire. • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
