How You’ll Make an Impact: Patient Advocacy: You’ll assess physical status, perform specialized respiratory therapies, and adjust treatments to deliver individualized patient care. Clinical Expertise: From ABG analysis and ventilator management to assisting physicians with complex procedures, your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. Mentorship & Education: Teach patients how to manage their health at home while serving as a preceptor to guide the next generation of respiratory therapists. Who You Are: A licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with NBRC credentials and BLS certification. A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a team environment. RRT credentialed, ACLS/PALS certified, or EPIC-trained (preferred but not required).
