Develop specifications for the solution of complex business problems and needs and works with users and developers to convert the specifications into efficient system solutions. Gather business requirements for applications, processes and procedures through user interviews and other data gathering methods. Document those application design requirements including file and database structures. Perform as SCRUM master in leading, managing and overseeing projects. 7 WFH days for the year are allowed. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Foreign equivalents accepted. 5 years of business system analysis and testing or related experience (or 3 years with Master’s degree). Special Skills Requirements Must include some experience with: - Requirements elicitation and engineering, user story and acceptance criteria definition - GAP analysis for system enhancements, regulatory changes, documentation dependencies, risks - Collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, technical leads and QA Team - Creation of process flow and journey mapping - Joint Application Development (JAD) methodology - Requirements documentation using Azure DevOps and Confluence. - Using testing tools Selenium and Jmeter for system, regression and UI testing. - Balsamic modeling tool - Agile/Scrum development methodologies Position requires Certified Scrum Master certification.
