Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for governing and monitoring end-to-end Satellite Services operations across GEO, MEO, and LEO to ensure service availability, performance, resilience, and continuity. The role holder leads fault, incident, problem, and change management while coordinating service providers and stakeholders to proactively resolve issues, optimize satellite performance, and maintain operational standards.
