Assembly Operations
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical modules.
- Read engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Perform fastening, alignment, cabling, adhesive application, and torque tightening.
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
Testing & Verification
- Perform functional tests according to WI/SOPs.
- Record test results accurately in relevant systems.
- Verify products meet acceptance criteria.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Troubleshoot assembly and test issues with Production Engineers.
- Support rework, retesting, and verification.
D. Quality & Compliance
- Follow EHS, LOTO, ESD, and 5S requirements.
- Report defects and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
Productivity & Improvement
- Meet output and cycle-time targets.
- Highlight production risks, bottlenecks, and material issues.
- Support Lean, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
Material Handling & Housekeeping
- Verify parts against BOM before assembly.
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Requirements - NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
Experience - 1 year in equipment assembly and/or testing preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered
Skills & Competencies - Able to read English-written work instructions.
- Knowledge in basic Microsoft Windows and Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, jigs, fixtures, torque tools, and measuring instruments.
