The Research Scientist will play a key role in designing and conducting experiments with emphasis on cell biology, cell culture, media development, and protein-related applications. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the company's research and product development objectives.

Duties: 

  • Design and conduct experiments to address research objectives.
  • Develop and optimize cell culture media and related reagents.
  • Perform mammalian cell culture and maintain various cell lines.
  • Design and perform cell-based assays and flow cytometry analysis.
  • Conduct protein-related experiments, including protein characterization and functional evaluation.
  • Stay updated on scientific advancements through literature reviews.
  • Perform laboratory work, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis.
  • Interpret results, draw conclusions, and present findings through reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams on research and product development.
  • Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
  • Assist in preparing research proposals, technical documents, and publications.
  • Participate in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related fields.
  • 3-8 years of research experience in academia or industry, with a strong track record of scientific innovation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, including NK and T cells, MSCs, and other mammalian cell lines.
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, cell imaging and cell-based assays.
  • Experience in protein-related laboratory techniques (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blot) and protein purification practices is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and statistical tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements(ISO9001 and GMP) and quality standards in scientific research.
