Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Expertise in requirements gathering and writing user stories for technical delivery.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose viable solutions proactively.
Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with workload automation tools (Control-M) will be a strong advantage.
