WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Real production experience running infrastructure at scale - not a home lab, not just a certification - systems with real clients depending on them
Min. 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with public clouds
You've worked across more than one cloud provider, or led a genuine migration from one to another
Deep with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform - you can read someone else's IaC and tell them what's wrong with it
Comfortable in a regulated or high-stakes environment - on-premises constraints, security requirements, banks that hold you to it
AI-native - you use tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a natural part of how you work
