The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Providing support for store replenishment queries, responding according to the specified SLA’s.
Developing a detailed understanding of the key algorithms driving replenishment and the system parameters / data elements impacting the output.
Performing root cause analysis of issues with retail replenishment amend data and parameters where required at the appropriate level (e.g. product, category, store).
Utilising the system tools to apply adjustments to suggested orders to manage seasonality, exceptional and standard national events, and other changes in demand.
Advising and support retailers on how to manage local events such as a local festival.
Maintaining the required data elements and parameters to support a variety of processes such as new line introduction and manual ordering.
Supporting the retail project team in the roll-out program for retailers being introduced to the new replenishment model.
Identifying data anomalies and take corrective action.
Reviewing the various metrics with the Business Analyst regarding the levels of suggested order override and determine where corrective action is required.
Reviewing and update the documented procedures / workflows as required.
Interpreting data to be able to understand trends and therefore make recommendations.
Providing training for new co-ordinators.
Communicating and advising on issues and performance to drive improvement.
Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Trading, Retail IT etc.
Supporting testing of any proposed changes to parameters, algorithms and data.
What we’re looking for:
Experience, Skills and Education:
The successful candidate will be/have:
Experience in FMCG ordering systems.
Experience within the Retail and / or Supply Chain functions.
Strong analytic skills.
Good communication styles and techniques: ability to communicate with retailers and other business stakeholders.
Ability to manage issues, risks, and problems from identification through to resolution.
Good understanding of retail store operations and requirements.
Initiative in suggesting ways to improve the replenishment processes.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced, changing environment.
Customer focused.
Salary per year is €46,500
Working hours per week are 37.5
