Job Scope

Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters
Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements
Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally
Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience
Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and escalate when required
Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams
Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements
Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
