For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology/ Medical Laboratory Science (or a related field) as well as previous blood bank leadership experience in a hospital setting including leading inspections, policy development and perfuming regulatory measures. In addition, applicants MUST have a certification as a SBB, BB, MT or MLS by the Board of Registry of ASCP, AMT or AAB.
