Job description:
Need an experienced Workday Learning consultant to help a client develop a roadmap for transitioning from Cornerstone to Workday Learning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with other business applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies and industry best practices.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
- Workday Learning certification.
- Ability to assess and validate the client's current use of Workday Learning and define future-state requirements.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to advise on leading practices and Workday Learning implementation approaches used by other organizations.
- Proven experience as a Workday Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience. In-depth knowledge of Workday Learning modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
